Triurge was born from a simple belief: endurance is built - not born. It isn’t a byproduct of raw talent; it is the result of consistency, meticulous structure, and executing the right variables at the exact right time.
Behind Triurge is Akshay Kumar Sharma - an IT professional and endurance athlete who didn't come from a traditional sporting background. My journey began simply with curiosity, relentless discipline, and a willingness to show up every single day. Over time, that structured approach to training engineered a pathway to the finish lines of Ironman Malaysia, Ironman 70.3 Goa, HYROX Mumbai, multiple marathons, and high-altitude expeditions including Everest Base Camp and the Lobuche Peak summit (20,100 feet).
Triurge exists because peak performance cannot be sustained on generic templates or shortcuts. It requires a blueprint. Every setback, adaptation, and triumph from my own journey now shapes the structured, data-driven training architectures we build for our athletes here.
